EXPORT ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS

All foreign orders must be placed by REGULAR MAIL OR FAX. No foreign orders are accepted via e-mail or on-line submission. The mail-in orders must include complete billing and shipping addresses, complete credit card information and a signed and dated statement that Ajax is approved to charge your credit card in payment for the order.

All approved foreign orders are shipped via International Priority Mail. Shipping and Handling to Canada is $20 US for the first item and $3 US for each additional item. To all other approved countries S&H is $25 for the first item and $5 for each additional item.

We do NOT ship to Mexico, Central America, South America, The Mideast or other selected countries due to issues with lost shipments and customs problems. We export grips only, no other gun accessories or parts.

NOTE: Below are some informational bits to help you find what you need while you're here. The easiest ways to surf the website are by using the menu block at upper left, or by using the drop-down menu under the big red AJAX logo.

Anyone purchasing single action (western style) grips should be aware that these grip frames can vary some from gun to gun. For this reason there may be some minor fitting required when installing the grips on the gun.

All customers should be aware that Ajax is no longer offering a printed paper catalog. Retail customers will need to use this website as their catalog in the future, and dealers may register for the "Ajax Dealer Program" and use that version of the website as their catalog.

Many of the newer 1911/1991 guns (both Colt and Clones) are equipped with an ambidextrous safety. This requires that grips for these guns have an extra "cut" made on the back side to accomodate this safety. You can select this option now when placing your grips order. There will be a $10 additional charge added for this service.

RUGER GRIP FRAMES - SELECTING THE CORRECT GRIPS
Over the years there have been a number of changes and additions to the grip frames used on Ruger single action guns. We have done our best to secure and provide a clear and concise explanation here so you can be sure to get just the right Ajax Grips for your favorite Ruger. Just click on the paragraph header for more information.

• SMITH & WESSON - ROUND BUTT OR SQUARE BUTT?
Here's what they look like, round on the left and square on the right! You may need to remove existing grips to see the actual metal grip frame shape. They come in three sizes:
J FRAME, smallest size, usually 5 shot.
K/L FRAME, medium size, usually 6 shot in .38 or .357 and the new 5 shot .500 Magnum.
N FRAME, largest, usually 6 shot in .44 or .45 cal.

(Remember, S&W Grips will NOT work on Taurus guns!)
